Recovery Car Dubai was founded by Ahmed K. after a decade in the UAE auto industry. What started with one tow truck parked outside a tyre shop in Al Quoz is now a fleet of 12 vehicles: flatbeds, wheel lifts, 4×4 recoveries and a dedicated luxury low-loader.
Our 18 technicians are RTA-certified and trained in recovery operations, basic mechanics and customer safety. We are not a call centre that subcontracts to whoever is cheapest. Every truck on every job belongs to us. Every technician is on our payroll. That is why we can publish fixed prices and guarantee response times

How fast can you reach me in Dubai?
Our average arrival time across Dubai is 24 minutes. From Dubai Marina, Downtown, Business Bay and Al Quoz it is typically 15–25 minutes. Further areas like Jebel Ali or the airport free zone may take up to 35 minutes. If we don’t arrive within 30 minutes for inner-Dubai jobs, your call-out fee is on us.
Are you available 24 hours, 7 days a week?
Yes. We operate 24/7, including public holidays. Night and Friday jobs are at the same fixed price as daytime, with no surcharge.
How much does car recovery cost in Dubai?

Are you RTA-licensed and insured?
Yes. The DED trade licence and RTA recovery permit are visible in the footer of every page. Your vehicle is covered by our transit insurance from the moment it is loaded onto our flatbed.
Do you tow luxury and sports cars safely?
We use low-loader flatbed trucks with hydraulic tilt designed for low-clearance cars like Porsche, Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren and Rolls-Royce. Our handlers are trained on each chassis type. We never use wheel-lift on luxury vehicles.
Can you do recovery outside Dubai?
Yes, we cover Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Inter-emirate towing is priced by distance and quoted before dispatch.
